“We are set on growth,” the EXCO Managing Director, Juergen Spielberger says happily. Currently, the company is looking for more than 30 specialists for projects in all business sectors inside Germany and Switzerland. Software testers are also needed. Future co-workers can acquire the necessary qualification as “ISTQB^®-Certified Tester” at Foundation Level during in-house training, as EXCO is a certified training provider of ISTQB^®-CTFL seminars.

The Company’s five owners are presently involved in their favourite project: the construction of the new company Head Office in Frankenthal. With an eye on the future, the two-storey building was already designed for an additional 20 employees. “But the fact that we are expanding at this rate even before our move, shows that we are on the right track,” comments Juergen Spielberger.

So this November between 60 and 90 employees will be moving into bright, new offices. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the building offers the best working conditions and is also conveniently situated for transport. These spatial circumstances open up new prospects for expanding the business sectors, and also possibilities to develop new areas of activity. Here too, nobody wanted to wait until the move and the Company has entered into a joint venture with SAP.
