Regardless of your career level when you join us, we will do everything to make sure that you feel comfortable at EXCO right from your very first day. To make your integration into our team as easy and pleasant as possible, we will assign you a mentor for the duration of your orientation. He or she will provide support as you learn your new tasks. Your personal orientation plan will include all the important contacts, dates and activities relevant for your duties in your first four to six weeks at the company. This allows you to quickly become accustomed to your responsibilities and to build up your own network of colleagues and contacts within the company and among customers.
