Von außen betrachtet könnte man meinen, der Neubau in Frankenthal sei schon fertig gestellt. Denn das Gebäude zeigt sich inzwischen mit fertiger Fassade. Zwei große Logos prangen an den markanten rotbraunen Wandscheiben. Die Arbeiten an der Außenanlage haben bereits begonnen, der Aushub und die Drainage sind bereits abgeschlossen.

The new EXCO Head Office under construction in Frankenthal continues to grow. An important mile-stone was reached with the completion of the structural work, in other words the erection of the building’s shell. The structural work is one of the most important jobs in construction, because from here the walls, ceilings and roof form the foundation for a solid, properly insulated building.

Now, the start of the interior design work marks the introduction of the second phase. In the meantime the electrical, ventilation and plumbing work has begun. When these have been completed, the next step will be insulating the roof and laying the subfloor. Then the interior design of the rooms can commence.
